Erasca, Inc. is a clinical-stage precision oncology company. The Company is focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing therapies for RAS/MAPK pathway-driven cancers. The Company has assembled a wholly owned or controlled RAS/MAPK pathway-focused pipeline including 12 disclosed modality-agnostic programs aligned with its three therapeutic strategies of: targeting key upstream and downstream signaling nodes in the RAS/MAPK pathway; targeting RAS directly; and targeting escape routes that emerge in response to treatment. The Company’s pipeline includes five clinical-stage programs, such as a pan-RAF inhibitor, an ERK inhibitor, a SHP2 inhibitor, an EGFR inhibitor, and a central nervous system (CNS)-penetrant KRAS G12C inhibitor, and seven discovery-stage programs targeting other key oncogenic drivers.
