Eiger BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of therapies for hepatitis delta virus (HDV) and other serious rare diseases. The Eiger HDV platform includes two therapies in phase III that target critical host processes involved in viral replication. Its clinical product candidates include Lonafarnib (LNF) for HDV, Peginterferon Lambda (lambda) for HDV and Covid-19, Avexitide in Congenital Hyperinsulinism (HI) and Avexitide in Post-Bariatric Hypoglycemia (PBH).
