Fletcher Building Ltd. engages in the manufacture and distribution of building materials. Its segments include Building Products, Distribution, Concrete, Residential and Development, Construction and Australia. The Building Products segment is a manufacturer, distributor and marketer of building products used both commercially and in residential markets. The Distribution segment consists of building, plumbing, and pipeline distribution businesses in New Zealand. The Concrete segment consists of production of cement and concrete. The Residential and Development segment involves building and sale of residential homes in New Zealand and development and sale of commercial and residential land in Australia and New Zealand. The Construction segment is a builder and maintainer of commercial buildings and infrastructure across New Zealand and the South Pacific. The Australia segment manufactures and distributes building materials.
